Moisture Protection

Moisture protection is the main reason your house stays dry and free of mould. This is a critical part in the exterior finish. We offer the best in the industry when it comes to paper. Tyvek, Typar, Tar paper are the main systems we use.

Rain Screen

Rain screen is also another important step in the exterior to keep the moisture from building up behind your siding. This will include flashing, bug screen, treated straps and rubber membrane. All for the extra protection from moisture entering your house.

Exterior Cladding

Exterior cladding comes in many finishes, and we have experience in most well used applications. Ranging from Cedar lap siding, Hardie lap siding, Board and batton, Aluminum siding, Cedar wall shake, Hardie wall shake, and vinyl siding.

Soffits

Soffits are required to protect your homes ventilation system from the outside elements. So its important to have proper soffit installation. We do all types from aluminum, cedar, pine, and vinyl soffit applications.

Trims

Wood trim work has 2 purposes. 1. to bring visual esthetics and 2. moisture protection. We install all types of fascia, cedar, fir, and spruce. This would include belly bands, soffit bands, window trims, door trims, inside and outside corner.

Stucco/Stone Prep

There are many different types of exterior finishes, and we can't do them all, but we do prep work for other forms of applications. This would include moisture and rain screen protection for stucco and stone applications.

Renovations

With 20 years in the industry we have gain lots of knowledge in many aspects of construction. One of those being renovations. We have done many full home renovations, include rot repair, removing old siding and replacing with new. New window replacements, framing new additions. The list goes on.

Interior Mouldings

Interior finishing has played a big role in our company for many years. Our second bigger experience in construction would be installation of interior mouldings. This would include window trims, door hangs and trims,stair installations, baseboards, crown mouldings, feature wall installations, and custom ceiling designs.
